1. Processing Time

All Ready-To-SHIP orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive A notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery TIMES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. At the moment, we ONLY offer a flat rate & tracked shipping.

1-3 days UK shipping 

1-2 weeks EU AND International Shipping 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to THE majority of countries. IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT IN THE SHIPPING LIST AT CHECKOUT, PLEASE EMAIL US AT HOWEVERALESSIA@GMAIL.COM, AND WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF SHIPMENT CAN BE ARRANGED.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

WE SHIP THROUGH ROYAL MAIL AND COVER CUSTOMS AND HANDLING FEES ON OUR ENDS.
HOWEVER, SOMETIMES EXTRA TAXES MAY BE APPLIED UPON ARRIVAL. THIS IS UNFORTUNATELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND PAYMENT WILL NEED TO BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.

5. Damages

Howeveralessia is not liable for any product that has been damaged or lost during shipping. If you order arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
